With the Easter long weekend upon us, some of our instructors are taking a well deserved break!!! 🐰🌸

Mondays 3.55pm Junior Silks & 5.10pm Advanced Pole classes are postponed.

Our 6.20pm Advanced Beginner Pole & 7.30pm Intermediate Pole are on as usual!

All normal classes resuming as normal on Easter Tuesday.

Limited spaces are still available in our upcoming aerial silks workshop with .westbrook 🦋

This workshop will focus on exploring hip locks — a key aerial silks foundation. You’ll spend the session refining your technique, building strength and control, and learning a few smooth transitions and variations that grow from this wrap.

It’s a supportive, technique-focused session designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable in the air.

This workshop is best suited to students who are already attending aerial classes and can climb, invert, and have some prior experience with hip locks.
