As I’ve been relishing in
songs of past , this favourite tune of mine.
Rod Stewart’s 1975 “Sailing” is a timeless ballad about human yearning, resilience, and the journey of life.

The lyrics actually use the sea as a powerful metaphor for spiritual freedom and finding peace amidst life’s storms.

The song represents mankind’s spiritual odyssey navigating through the “stormy waters” of life on the way to freedom.

Longing to bridge physical and emotional distances, expressing a universal desire to break free from the hardships of daily life and return to a safe, peaceful “home” to Self.

We had a wonderful day on the weekend planning our way forward into expansion and new beautiful offerings, beginning with:

🐚 Simon guiding POP UP Vinyasa this Saturday at 9am
🐚 Brearne guiding Yin on Monday 8th and 22nd at 10am
🐚 Brenda guiding Slow Flow on Mon 8th and 22nd at 5.30pm

July's Timetable will be covered by these amazing Teachers as I take a month-long break. After that, you'll see everyone in regular weekly sessions. Exciting times at Yoga Ocean for Everyone!
