Hi everyone, I would like to introduce you to Ola. He has recently moved to Australia from Africa and has been training here for a short time. Ola has focused his training towards competing in Men's Physique Season B mid-late year. On Thursday Ola, Cole and myself trained legs, After an awesome session and a good pump we decided to do some practice posing, showing Ola some of the mandotory poses he needed for his competition, focusing on holding the pose and correct angles. He is already looking really good and very lean and will only get better as it gets closer, the most important thing Ola has is a very good strong mindset, cant wait to see how he comes along and will make sure I keep you all posted of his progress.
