Connecting with women is at the core of everything I do. Samvida women’s retreats provide a nourishing, slow container for us to come together in sisterhood. Vulnerability unfolds practice by practice over the course of the weekend, with each session consciously inviting you to soften into the experience, and to help you feel safer in your own body to open up and be witnessed in your most unfiltered form. 1:1 Sessions Are Moving Location! 💗🪽
Change has been knocking on my door again recently ~ I’m so excited to share that as of November I’ll now be holding space for you from one of the beautiful treatment rooms at
Embodied Being📍16 Fairway Street Frankston

It’s situated on a quiet strip mall and the studio is so grounding and calm, it’s just perfect. I’ll be taking a week off at the beginning of November, and will start in the new space on Thursday 12th! I’m sticking to Thursdays and Fridays, plus one Saturday a month ~ I can’t wait to share some photos in a couple of weeks when I move some of my things in, but I’m feeling so incredibly positive about this next step on my journey!

Thank you to the women who choose me and my retreats, past, present and future ✨ For showing up in sisterhood, letting down your walls & connecting, and trusting me to hold you through the full experience of a Reiki • Women’s Circles • Healing • Retreats women’s retreat ✨🦋

I feel such deep gratitude for Rachel Turnbull for her support, contribution and presence. It was so special getting the opportunity to connect and collaborate with Rach as my co-host! I consider her a dear friend of mine after this experience (you’re stuck with me now Rach hehe), which is one of my absolute favourite parts of retreating ~ when the connection has the opportunity to grow quite rapidly because of the intention of the setting. When we allow ourselves to be open with each other, we get to see many of the pieces that make us who we are, we get to learn what makes each other tick, identify shared values or experiences, and acknowledge that we are all on our own amazing, unique path, and it is pretty special to witness someone else’s journey. Our evening chats in bed felt nostalgic of sleepovers with friends, and I found myself really softening into the budding relationship we were fostering. Thank you Rach, for being exactly the support and connection that I needed this weekend 🫶🏼🌸

Part 5 of 6 ~ how I got to where I am today! 💗

Over the 3ish years that I had the tagline ‘yoga & birth’ I often found women were confused about whether they had to be pregnant/mothers to come along to my events 🙈 And eventually I’d had enough of the mixed messages I seemed to be sending as I was actually trying to call in women of all seasons and ages 😂 So I started to brainstorm a new tagline that felt more all-encompassing of everything I was doing, even if my offerings changed over the coming years. Once I landed on “Samvida ~ Conscious Womanhood” I felt such relief and alignment; everything I offer is about finding consciousness in womanhood!! I decided to separate my doula work and give it a separate page, which you’ll now know as Mother Blessings • Pregnancy Reiki • Postpartum Doula Care ✨ ~ I’m not super active over there as the work isn’t what’s lighting me up in my current life season as much as what I do here Reiki • Women’s Circles • Healing • Retreats and it’s largely due to being 3.5yrs and counting on our own conception journey, waiting for our little miracle 👼. By all means, if someone reaches out and it’s the right fit for both of us I am all in and I give 100%, but right now I just don’t feel that same pull to share & show up in that online space like I do here! ✨

When I changed the tagline, I decided I’d also outgrown my original logo/branding colours and so went back to the drawing board with Paige to create Samvida’s new and refreshed look and my gosh I’ve been so in love with it ever since!! It’s so feminine and inviting and pretty in pink, and pink has ALWAYS been my favourite colour since the earliest of days 💖 When I look at my website/grid/business cards/event posters/flyers, I am SO giddy from how much I love them all 🥹

This shift in my brand identity has felt like the catalyst for much of the change & growth that’s followed, as though it was necessary to carry me into what was waiting! Another season of retreating, living room circles, and being initiated into Reiki… which leads into the final part, 6 of 6 ✨🪽
