I’m really proud of Tracey and the work she’s put in over the past 9months.
When she started, she was dealing with back pain, feeling stiff in her body and everyday tasks were becoming harder than they should be. Her goal wasn’t extreme weight loss — she just wanted to feel stronger, have more energy and move through life a bit easier.
Fast forward to now… she’s lost 28cm across her body, is visibly more toned, moving so much better, and showing up consistently each week. The scales have decreased by 1.8kg — which for some people might feel disheartening — but this is exactly why we don’t rely on the scales alone.
Because what she’s gained is far more valuable.
We’ve worked together to support her body while still challenging her, building her strength over time without pushing her into pain. She commits to two sessions a week, sometimes three when she can, and she shows up — even on the days it feels hard.
That consistency, that willingness to keep going, is what has created these results.
This is what I want people to understand — you don’t need to go all in, train every day, or completely overhaul your life to see change. You just need the right support, the right environment, and a plan that works for you.
