👑 King's Birthday Public Holiday Reminder 👑

Just a quick heads-up that all Personal Training sessions and Group Classes will be cancelled on Monday 8th June for the King's Birthday public holiday.

We'll be back to our normal timetable from Tuesday, ready to get moving again!

Enjoy the long weekend, stay active and I'll see you back in the gym on Tuesday. 💪

🎊 May Highlights
Thank you for the month that was! May is done and dusted and we're heading into June feeling strong.

You guys showed up, put in the work and the check-ins this month were incredible because of it. It's been awesome seeing everyone making progress and heading in the right direction.

Now we move into June, the first official month of winter. This is the time of year when excuses can creep in. It's cold, it's dark, motivation can be low and the couch starts looking pretty appealing.

But here's the thing: motivation isn't what got you through May.
Your habits did.

You showed up for yourselves each week. You made time for your health and your fitness. You chose to do something for yourself, even on the days when you didn't feel like it.
That's what creates results.

As we head into winter, remember that consistency beats motivation every single time. Keep turning up and keep backing yourself.
I can't wait to see what June brings. Let's keep it rolling. 💪❄️

I’m really proud of Tracey and the work she’s put in over the past 9months.

When she started, she was dealing with back pain, feeling stiff in her body and everyday tasks were becoming harder than they should be. Her goal wasn’t extreme weight loss — she just wanted to feel stronger, have more energy and move through life a bit easier.

Fast forward to now… she’s lost 28cm across her body, is visibly more toned, moving so much better, and showing up consistently each week. The scales have decreased by 1.8kg — which for some people might feel disheartening — but this is exactly why we don’t rely on the scales alone.

Because what she’s gained is far more valuable.

We’ve worked together to support her body while still challenging her, building her strength over time without pushing her into pain. She commits to two sessions a week, sometimes three when she can, and she shows up — even on the days it feels hard.

That consistency, that willingness to keep going, is what has created these results.

This is what I want people to understand — you don’t need to go all in, train every day, or completely overhaul your life to see change. You just need the right support, the right environment, and a plan that works for you.

Hey AFC fam 👋 Just a quick update!

I’ll be heading away on holiday in March, so I wanted to make sure everyone is in the loop.

📅 Last day of classes & PT: Friday, March 13th
⏸ All PTs & in-person classes: Paused from March 14th
▶️ Classes & PT resume: Tuesday, April 7th (after Easter)

💳 Class memberships will be paused automatically during this time.

💻 Online members:
Your programs will continue as normal. I’ll just have limited access to check-ins and messages while I’m away — I’ll reply when I can.

🔄 PT / Class members wanting to go online:
If you’d like to transition to online training for those 3 weeks, that’s absolutely an option. Programs can be home-based (weights or bodyweight — we’ll make it work for you).
👉 Please contact me by March 6th so I can get everything organised before I leave.

Our summer Bootcamp is officially locked in and ready to roll 💪

And this one’s extra special — it’s our first-ever big group outdoor workout! 🙌
It’s going to be high-energy, full of fun and an awesome way to start 2026 surrounded by our amazing AFC community.

Life is busy — work, family, household… it’s a lot. And yes, downtime matters too. But if you feel like you “don’t have time” for exercise, it’s worth looking at where a few minutes could shift.

Make fitness fit you. Don’t try to copy someone else’s routine — create something that works for your life. Even 30 minutes, 2–3 times a week, consistently, is better than burning out after going all in.

Be realistic & consistent. Some weeks you’ll have more time, some less — that’s okay. Small steps, done regularly, are what get results that last.

Create a routine. Treat exercise like brushing your teeth — it’s a non-negotiable part of your day that keeps you healthy, strong and feeling good. Pick your days, set your times and commit to yourself.

💪 Fitness should work around your life, not the other way around. Start small, start consistent and the results will follow.
