Do B***y Bands actually contribute to overall growth and shape?

The short answer, hell yes! They are used to engage your hips and glutes during lower body movements. By stimulating the muscles in your glutes, hips and legs, you can build a more robust b***y with a well rounded muscular shape. The higher the resistance the more challenging the workout. Try not to go to hard with your level of resistance at first, its best to connect the neural pathway to your piriformis, glute med, glute max, vastus lateralis & glute minimus before increasing intensity.

I always say to my clients that if your weight is greater than your control, your form is out, youre not focussed and you have little to no muscle activation. If your control and weight is even you have maximum activation with maximum growth potential.

I am so excited to get back into training with my clients and earn back that muscle your grinded and worked for💪

I just wanted to reach out to a few of my clients that have shown insnae loyalty and dedication to contiune training at home via Zoom classes. This team not only helped me financially but together we created a regular community hub that we can connect and train together. Do you want to change and improve your life? There’s good news. You don’t have to completely change your life to do it. With a few quick changes you can immediately change your life, making it happier and more productive.

It may be tempting to put off starting until tomorrow, but that could result in you never starting. Take control of your life and change today!

🥇Drink a tall glass of water first thing in the morning. Drinking water first thing in the morning flushes out the stomach and therefore balances the lymphatic system.

🥈Try not to sit down for more than 2 hours. Keeping the blood flowing throughout your body helps improving metabolism and aids in fat loss.

🥉10 minutes of cardio at the end of your training session will help your body continue the calorie burn on for an ease of heart rate decline and helps to burn stubborn body fat. Start at 10 minutes and work your way to 30 mins (fat loss only🔥)

The difficult task people often face is remaining steadfast in the pursuit of their goals.

Life is demanding to say the least.
The capacity to manage ones finances, health, relationships, career and a host of other things makes it arduous at the best of times. It’s any wonder we often neglect those things which are important to us.
You might find your relationships fall apart when least expected, your health deteriorates or your finances take a beating. At this point you’re perplexed how this all came to pass without seeing the writing on the wall.

Rest assured managing life requires vigilance, dedication and commitment. Afterall, you’re only human and from time to time things will slip past you.
The following quote serves as a reminder of the importance of the bigger picture: “Don’t sweat the small stuff, because in the end its only small stuff.”

Life will continuously test your resolve to see how much you desire your goal.
I often hear the reasons people recount why they gave up. It typically follows this course of dialogue: “It wasn’t meant to be,” “It wasn’t fun anymore,” or “Life is all about having fun.” The point worth mentioning is our minds have the ability to create any mental state we impose upon it.

Through belief, you create the circumstances for giving up and thus validate it by looking for evidence to substantiate it.
Think about this for a moment.
How many stories or biographies about successful people have you read where the narrative involved smooth sailing or an easy path toward success? Very few I would imagine.

Success requires discipline, hard work, perseverance, tenacity, will, courage and faith. With that in mind, here are some guidelines for persevering with your goals — no matter what life throws at you.
