🥋 RESPECT it starts with the little things.
Respect is one of the first lessons our students learn in martial arts, and one of the most important lessons they’ll carry with them through life.
It’s bowing when we enter and leave the dojo.
It’s listening when someone else is speaking.
It’s following instructions, encouraging our teammates, training partners and treating others with kindness.
We teach our students to show respect to their instructors, their teammates, their parents and, just as importantly, themselves.
Because those small habits we practice each week don’t just make better martial artists, they help build confident, considerate young people who lead by example wherever they go.
Respect isn’t just what we say, it’s what we do.
