Advanced and No Gi classes 7pm Mon, Wed and Thur Kids Classes Mon to Thurs at 5pm. Also private lessons available. GROUNDFORCE Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. You can come along and learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! Based in Landsborough, (Sunshine Coast hinterland) all beginners are very welcome. Train in a clean, safe, friendly environment with first class instruction. You don't need to be an athlete. BJJ

is suitable for all body types, flexibility and fitness levels. Everyone can learn valuable life skills and enjoy the shared experience. MONDAY - KIDS BJJ classes from 5.00pm to 5.45pm: ADULTS BJJ FUNDAMENTALS Classes 6.00pm to 7.00pm: ADVANCED BJJ Classes 7.00pm to 8.00pm:

TUESDAY - EARLY MORNING ADULT BJJ from 5.30am to 6.30am: KIDS BJJ 'intro' classes from 5.00pm to 5.45pm: ADULTS BJJ FUNDAMENTALS BEGINNERS CLASSES from 6.00pm to 7.00pm followed by OPEN MAT for GFBJJA members BJJ GI and ‘NO GI’ from 7.00pm to 8.00pm:

WEDNESDAY - KIDS BJJ classes from 5.00pm to 5.45pm: ADULT BJJ Fundamentals Class 6.00pm to 7.00pm followed by NO-GI BJJ Class from 7.00pm to 8.00pm:
