Hey Dragons Fam! An important message for our community. Whether you’re a player, spectator, or volunteer, let’s remember our shared humanity. Mistakes happen for everyone - players, coaches, parents, referees, and volunteers.

Many of our non competitive referees are children stepping up to officiate games. They dedicate their time to enhance their skills and help your child play and learn the game.

Before you speak, please consider:
- Is it positive?
- Will it uplift the player or volunteer?
- Are you following the Club’s rules and sideline behavior guidelines?

If you can’t answer “yes” to all three, please think about your sideline conduct.

We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of abuse.

This is just a gentle reminder to support our volunteers and express your pride in our players, our volunteers, referees and match officials and our club. If you feel strongly about making a positive impact, consider signing up to become a referee or volunteer yourself.
