These will be the last classes for the year, as I will be working heaps in my other job.

Just doing a few sessions down at Lake Tyers Beach Footy Oval. Lake Tyers beach where Salt began!

🥊You do need to bring your own gloves and wraps and a yoga mat.
Will see how these sessions go and might make it regular.
If you’re new, come 15 mins earlier to go through some things. If you’re an old Saltie get ready to sweat!!
