The club will be operating unstaffed on King's Birthday, however members can continue to access the gym using their FOB or QR Code access as normal.

Want to train while you're in town for the long weekend? Casual access is available by simply scanning the QR Code at the front door and following the prompts.

Whether you're working off a few holiday treats or starting your day with a workout, we're here for you 24/7! 💪

Just a friendly reminder that the wearing of clay filled or muddy workbooks will not be tolerated at inbalance fitness please bring a change of shoes and wear the appropriate footwear in the facility other members do not want to train in your mess. Thank you and have a great weekend 💪🏽

Today we pause to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice and spirit of the Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women who have served our countries.

ANZAC Day reminds us of the values of courage, endurance, mateship and sacrifice — values that continue to shape the freedoms we enjoy today.
