The land speed week was called off this year due to the huge amount of rain in the area. The committee are organising another go at the end of November this year. Fingers crossed.
Will put the racer back into hibernation till October. The lake would look something like the photo attached when the sun comes out again I’d reckon.

Checking through the fuel system and found more gunk then I expected. This was under the fuel filter basket when I dismantled the fuel pump. Even though I had no fuel supply problems, I’m super glad I checked this out and will be making this job standard practice in the future.
