The very popular Black - dirty water special has been made even better ! It now has a blue opal flash through it, yet to be released (waiting on shipping 🤯) , it will now be called “Black Opal - Dirty Water Special ”!
Blue Back Boney has been refinished in Gloss , replacing the original matte finish !
I know a few fisherman who will be disapointed with a couple of these having to be dropped from the range, and I am sorry to those guys, who will have to stock up now on their favourites.
But having nearly 25 colours was never our goal.
We always had the intention to get a heap of colours and let the market be responsible for the final choice for the colour range. So the cull has been planned for a while. It was certainly difficult to drop even the spoon colours that did not sell well, because they all just look so good !

It is getting into that time of the year that the big spoons really start to stand out, and take responsibility for some extra large fish catches. Spring time equals Spoon time ! If somebody told me six years ago that I would be importing the best spoons in the world from the U.S. , designing baits, and fishing out of a boat that is as wide as the old tinny was long and decked out with the best electronics and electric ( Humminbird / Minn Kota ) I would have told them they were dreaming.
You gotta start somewhere ! I learnt so much and fell in love with fishing for bass out of this set up. I remember using the old Watersnake electrics and had a sounder that the screen was smaller than an I phone.
Still it brings back some awesome memories and adventures.
