Lake Bolac and District Little Athletics athletes spent two days in Warrnambool showing exactly what makes this group special - courage in competition, kindness in character and a genuine commitment to lifting one another up. We had some fantastic efforts from all competing. Alongside the athletes who have already qualified, we now wait for confirmation and progressions to the State Championships in Melbourne on the 7th & 8th of March.
Go Lake Bolac, so very proud of you ⚫️⚪️🔴

On Saturday morning, our athletes were treated to a structured, sprint‑specific training session that blended skill development with plenty of fun. Conrad from Ballarat Speed Academyguided the group through a professional warm‑up sequence before introducing them to the fundamentals of block starts and acceleration mechanics, an exciting first for many.
