Plainland remains as 6am and 7am Thursday mornings.

Our Tuesday classes in Laidley will now be 5.30-6.30pm until early September. I'll let you know when the time changes for Spring!

All of our classes are back this week. Where will you find mat work pilates classes with me, this year? ...

Tuesday evenings 6-7pm at the Youth Center in Laidley, on the corner of William and Ambrose Streets. Open to everyone and no bookings required. Just pop me a message if it will be your first class.

Thursday mornings at , classes at 6am and 7am. Open to Snap members and casual visitors. Please book via your Snap app or contact their friendly staff if you're not yet a member.

I love the enthusiasm and fun everyone brings to our little group in Laidley, every week 😊

Following last night's rain in the Lockyer Valley, we're watching the roads and weather today.
A number of our class members may be cut off, so we'll keep an eye on things and will make the call at 3pm if tonight's Laidley class needs to be cancelled.

Take it as "no news is good news" and we still plan to go ahead unless you hear otherwise from me!

Hello and Happy New Year!
How has Christmas been and gone already?!?! The holidays sure fly by.

We had a fabulous time at our end of year gathering for our Laidley class. Such a fun and wonderful group of ladies 💕

We have one more week until classes begin again. You'll find us in Laidley Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm at the Youth Centre starting 16th January and at Thursday evenings 6-7pm from 18th January.
