Gold Coast Hockey Centre

Gold Coast Hockey Centre Venue for Hockey at Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games. What does the GCHMG do? The running of the competition remains the responsibility of GCHA as per normal.

The Gold Coast Hockey Management Group (GCHMG) are the facility management team team appointed to manage the Gold Coast Hockey Centre. GCHMG manage the new Gold Coast Hockey Centre including:

Field hire/bookings and invoicing
Function room hire/bookings
All maintenance of the facility
Managing the canteen and bar
Marketing of the facility itself,
Work health and safety for the facility and site


​GCHA will continue to manage the competition and competition draw. Under the Turf Utilization Agreement with GCHMG, GCHA will coordinate the training times for all the clubs (except LHC) and will forward proposed training times to GCHMG to complete the booking. GCHMG will have the role and function to ensure that everything you need from a facilities point of view is available and working when you turn up for competition or training, Gates are open, Toilets are open and clean, turf watered correctly, lights are on when needed, score board turned on and working, Canteen and bar are open when required.

Big crowd in yesterday for the state Schoolgirls finals. After two days of rain 🌧️ we finally had sunshine ☀️. Big shoutout to School Sport South Coast for all their hard work. To conveners Matt & Jill for a really well run tournament and to Tash for sorting umpires and officials. Congratulations to all teams who played in some difficult conditions at times 🙌
