Heat 1: 2nd->1st
B main: 2nd->2nd
A main: 16th->13th

Missed my marks both laps in time trials which set us back at the start of the night.
The track was very fast all night which made passing difficult but got the heat win and battled for the win in the B main.

In the feature got a great start and was up to 9th when I made a mistake and spun. Had to go to the rear of the field and managed to move back up to 13th by the end.

Vic title results

Time trials: 2nd in group
Heat 1: 2nd->1st
Heat 2: 7th->3rd
A main: 1st->10th

The car was a rocket all night every time we hit the track. Was a cool experience to put it off the front row for a title, just bounced off the wall a few too many times in the feature causing us to drop some spots each time.

Being the pole sitter I drew the cool performance award position out for the feature which was 10th place so we still came away with a brand new radiator as well thanks to PWR Advanced Cooling Technology

Time trials: 1st in heat group

Avalon- Brandt Speedweek
Time trials: 7th in flight (23 cars)
Heat: 3rd->5th
A main: 18th->DNF

Premier- Brandt Speedweek
Time trails: 5th in flight (25 cars)
Heat: 2nd->2nd
A main: 9th-10th

A very tough and testing speedweek for the team with 4 DNFs from getting caught up in incidents with nowhere to go. The team never gave up and always had a fast car qualifying straight into the feature every night.

Overall two very solid nights that the team is very happy with against very tough 40+ car fields each night. Had a lot of fun battles just slipped back late in both features. Some great momentum heading into the busiest time of the season.

Next race is boxing night at Avalon Raceway on the 26th

Mildura night 1 results

Time trials: 7th overall
Heat: 4th->3rd

Started the night off well with a fast car. Unfortunately got a fuel leak that started a fire after I crossed the finish line in my heat race. I was able to get out of the car with only couple minor burns on my leg. Big thanks to the B&S Earthworks Timmis Speedway Mildura crash crew for their quick response to get the fire out.

With the damage the fire caused we had to pull the pin on the rest of the weekend. We will work to get the car repaired ready for another two nights next weekend with Avalon Raceway Friday night the 12th and Premier Speedway, Warrnambool Saturday night 13th

Unfortunately our racing at Avalon was washed out last night. But this gives us an opportunity to give a thank you to one of our longtime sponsors in Chemblast Industrial Coatings. This is our farm cattle trailer that has done 5 loads of cattle, including 7 cranky bulls, over the past couple of weeks.

Warrnambool results

Time trials: 4th in group
Heat: 3rd->5th
B main: 5th->8th

Results don’t reflect how good the car was. Just unfortunately got stuck on the bottom at the start of both my heat race and the B main. I was able to pass a few cars late in the B Main, but ran out of laps to regain a transfer spot into the A Main.

With the rain this week harvest at home has been put on hold allowing us to get into the shed to complete the weekly maintenance on the car ready for Avalon this weekend.

Lockdown fast track all night with the rain that came just before the race meeting started. Struggled early with learning new car and the new tyre compounds. Got it figured out by the B main and felt really comfortable just wasn’t a lot of chances to move forward.
