Doug has been on an absolute tear lately — stacking strength, levelling up his fitness, and making hard workouts look like a personal challenge he’s determined to win. He trains flat out, never backs off, and somehow still has the energy to fire up everyone around him while he’s at it. Massive credit to him for the progress — seriously earned and seriously impressive!

Please congratulate (from left) Shaun, Nikki, Sarah and James who will be officially taking over on the 1st of Feb.

Together, the team brings to the table a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to fitness, business and people. As members of Outland they understand and respect our culture and are keen to keep the vibe going!

To our amazing community who have supported us over the years, we say thank you 🙏🏻 You are the most incredible bunch of people and Outland would not be where it is today if it weren’t for all of you. We look forward to celebrating the end of an era and the beginning of a new one with you all in the coming weeks.
