Gympie Snooker Club The Gympie Snooker Club was founded in 1961 and has 4 competition standard tables.

The Gympie Snooker Club (Formerly Gympie RSL Snooker Club) was founded in 1961 and moved to it’s current home at the Kybong Hall in May 2021. The club currently has over 70 members and plays weekly Wednesday evening competitions starting at 6 pm and Friday morning competition starting at 9:00am. We have a mixture of players from beginners to A grade and are happy to accept new members at any time.

Gympie Snooker Club Championships 2025 LIVE

The 2025 Gympie Snooker Club Championships enjoyed a strong turnout across A, B, and C Grades, with exciting matches played throughout the tournament.

A Grade
Sixteen players contested the A Grade competition. The semi-finals saw:

Danny Rayner v Zev Freeman

Greg Waters v Don Grant

The final is a thrilling play-off between Zev Freeman and Greg Waters LIVE.

B Grade
Eight players competed in the B Grade. The semi-finals were:

Paul Artis v Michael Cainero

Irish (Mick) Little v Brett Mitchell

The final came down to Paul Artis and Brett Mitchell.

C Grade
The C Grade featured just two competitors: Richard Tolson and Tony Gordon Tony Gordan won.

Format

Semi-finals were contested over five frames.

Finals were contested over seven frames.
