💙 THANK YOU, to the Kyancutta & Storm COMMUNITY 💙

After our first home football and netball game of the season, we’d like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy leading up to and over the weekend.

From the many hands involved in setting up before the day, to those working behind the scenes during the games, and the volunteers who stayed back to clean up and pack away afterwards, your efforts did not go unnoticed.

A heartfelt thank you especially to our kitchen convenors and volunteers for their hard work preparing food, keeping things running smoothly, and stepping up wherever needed. Home games simply can’t happen without these dedicated people.

Community clubs thrive because of people willing to lend a hand and work together to create a welcoming and successful day for players, supporters, officials and visitors alike.

Whether you helped in the kitchen, on the gate, around the grounds, with game day preparations, pack-up duties, or in any other way, thank you for contributing to a fantastic home game in the rain.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a supportive and generous community behind our club.

Our 2026 AGM will be held on Sunday 15th March at 10:30am.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager for the 2026/27 season, so if you know of anyone who may be interested, please get in touch with one of our committee members.

Following the AGM, we will be hosting our Cricket & Tennis 2025/26 Season Windup 🎾🏏

We hope to see everyone there to help celebrate a great season and enjoy the day together!

Kyancutta Community Club are looking for food donations for the funeral service of Jeffrey Frischke, which will be held on Monday 8th September. Any savoury or sweet donation would be greatly appreciated!

Food can be dropped off at Wen’s house on Sunday prior, or at the club on the way to the Kyancutta Cemetery after the service. Donations can also be dropped at Ramsey Bros anytime during the week to either Jess or Tarlee.
