Very special day today . It’s officially 56 years since Soke Bob Jones and Vale Soke Richard Norton opened the first official Zen Do Kai Karate school

Year being 1970

Then in 1982 I tried my first class and I’m still here 44 years later

As a heads up boxing classes will require you to purchase a pair of Boxing or martial arts shoes that are only worn at the dojo . We will get some on stock or you can buy online
