News from the studio this week, we’ve got a new very fit and healthy PT who joined us on Friday! Parker James Ryan will be training with us for the next 18 years or so before he’s ready for any new clients

While he gets his first week under the belt we are not going to have any classes this week, we will back into it next week on Easter Monday!

For this week only! With the long weekend, Australia Day on Friday, there will be no Saturday class and Friday we will hold a once off 10am Boxing Class! Get in before you get into the festivities on Friday!

As always, spots are limited so make sure you message me to book your spot! Only $10pp, book your spot ASAP to make sure you don’t miss out!
