✨ THURSDAY THROWBACK TO WHERE IT ALL STARTED ✨

Natalie Anne Personal Training didn’t happen overnight 🤎

It all started while I was working at Dynamic Fitness Centre where I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity later down the track to complete my traineeship in Cert 3 Fitness learning so much, gaining experience and building the foundations that helped shape the trainer and coach I am today 💪

Once having completed my Certificate IV in Personal Training, after months of thought I randomly opened Natalie Anne Personal Training during COVID, a time that was uncertain for so many businesses, but I knew I wanted to create a space where women could move their bodies, feel supported and build confidence 🥹

Back then, classes & sessions were held anywhere we could make work, in parks, in halls, in the lounge room, on sidewalks, outdoors with minimal equipment but so much passion, determination and support from the amazing women who showed up ✨

From those early days of learning, growing and building a community from the ground up… to now owning my own home studio and helping women become stronger, healthier and more confident within themselves 🤎

Looking back now makes me so proud of how far this journey has come. Every session, every class, every client and every challenge has helped shape Natalie Anne Personal Training into what it is today 💫

At the same time, I am still working a completely different 8:30am–5:00pm job while running sessions, working on content before and after work, chasing a dream I believed in with everything I had & loving every single minute of it 🤎

Here’s to humble beginnings, big dreams and continuing to grow 🤍

A fun, feel good cardio based class designed to get your body moving and your energy up. Perfect for all fitness levels!

✨ Grounded Core
Slow things down and focus on core strength, balance and stability. A great class to build strength from the inside out.

✨ Build & Burn
A full body strength and conditioning session combining resistance work with cardio bursts for the ultimate burn 🔥

✨ Hot HITT
A fast paced high intensity workout designed to challenge you, build fitness and leave you feeling unstoppable.

✨ Slow Morning Burn
A gentle but effective Saturday morning session to wake up the body, improve movement and ease into the weekend.

✨ 1-1 PT Sessions
Personalised training tailored to YOUR goals. Whether you’re wanting accountability, strength, confidence or support getting started, these sessions are designed completely around you.

A fun, high-energy dance fitness class to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. Easy to follow and perfect for all levels.

A slower-paced session focused on core strength, balance, and stability through controlled movement.

30 minute PT session

35 minute Groove Hour – A fun, dance based fitness class designed to get your body moving, boost your mood and improve your cardio while enjoying great music. No dance experience needed, just come along and have fun 💃

35 minute Power Pulse – A strength and conditioning class focusing on building strength, improving fitness and increasing endurance using a mix of bodyweight and simple equipment😅

WEDNESDAY

60 MINUTE PT ❌ BOOKED

45 minute Unstoppable – A motivating workout designed to challenge you with a mix of cardio and strength movements to help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident.

Come as you are — modifications always given.

💪 StrongHER (45 min)
A strength-focused class designed to help you feel strong, confident and empowered. Expect full-body movements using weights and bodyweight, with a focus on toning, building strength and improving overall fitness. Options provided for all levels.

😊 Sweat & Smile (35 min)
A short, feel-good workout that gets your heart rate up and leaves you smiling. A mix of cardio and light strength designed to burn calories, boost energy and make movement FUN. Perfect if you’re short on time or want something upbeat.

🧠 Mindful Muscle (30 min)
A slower, intentional class focused on controlled strength, core work and mind-muscle connection. Great for improving posture, stability and technique while still feeling strong — low impact but effective.

👤 1–1 Personal Training (30 / 60 min)
Personalised training tailored to your goals, fitness level and needs. You’ll get focused coaching, guidance and support to help you build confidence, strength and consistency in a private setting.
