Dread Pirate Rollers We are a non-profit, inclusive mixed gender flat track roller derby league based in the southern suburb of Kwinana, Western Australia.

We are a swash buckling Roller Derby league located on the south coast of Western Australia. Many of our skaters are based in Rockingham, Mandurah, Kwinana, Armadale and surrounding areas, but we have women and men joining us from all over Perth metro and surrounds! We pride ourselves on being an inclusive league that is passionate, driven and inspirational. We train hard and we are dedicated to p

romoting the sport of Roller Derby as an empowering sport for all skaters, regardless of experience or skill level. We are not just a Roller Derby league, we are also a family. In addition to our rewarding training sessions, we are also committed to contributing to the local community through fundraising as well as supporting our members with a safe environment where every individual matters. A family friendly league, DPR is well known for our big smiles, our easy going nature and our willingness to learn from every experience. We love our sport, we love our community, and we want to share it with you!

After months of training, planning, and preparation, we're excited to announce the DPR Travel Team, The Inconceivables. Who are leaving the Pirate ship 🏴‍☠️ and taking to the skies 🛫 this week as we head to Adelaide to compete in The Great Southern Slam

🏴‍☠️ May Pirate of the Month is Tink 🏴‍☠️

Tink was nominated and voted in as our May Pirate of the Month for “all of the organising, from accommodation to sausage sizzles and all the other things behind the scenes. As well as her never ending dedication to our derby team. Not only is she always planning ahead for the benefit all our skaters (booking accommodation for TGSS and setting up guides to Adelaide), she is also organising our fundraising opportunities, and travelling long distances each week to train. Most importantly she is checking in with all of our team members to make sure they are ok.”

💥 Game One of DPR's 2026 home season is done! 💥

The Brute Squad put up a massive fight but in the end, the Shrieking Eels came out on top and took out first win for the year.

🏴‍☠️ April Pirate of the Month is Fiendx 🏴‍☠️

Fiendx is one of our newest members and has joined in our league with enthusiasm. Every training session, you can find Fiendx learning all of the different NSO roles and helping out our skaters with timing and all the whistles. Fiendx has already officiated her first game and even scored herself the MVP NSO Award.

What a way to start an officiating career. Congratulations 💚🏴‍☠️🩷
