🌟 Member Spotlight: Sue 🌟

Meet Sue, who is almost 74 years young and proving that it's never too late to invest in your health and wellbeing.

Sue has been swimming laps for the past three years and started using the gym just seven weeks ago. In that time, she's lost 2kg, contributing to an incredible 10kg weight loss this year!

Living with a back injury and sciatica, Sue says her regular exercise routine has made a huge difference. Three times a week she combines 30-40 laps in the pool with gentle exercise in our hydrotherapy pool, helping to reduce pain and improve how she feels day to day.

But it's not just the physical benefits that keep Sue coming back. She says the friendly team and welcoming community at Recquatic have helped her form some wonderful friendships along the way.

Thank you for sharing your story, Sue. You're an inspiration to us all! 💙

🐛 Paper Towel Caterpillars – learning about absorption and capillary action as our caterpillars wiggle and grow
