Frost Family Racing | 2024ā2025 Season Wrap-Up
And just like that, another season hits the finish line. Itās been a mix of highs, lows, surprises, and solid wins for Frost Racingāand we wouldnāt have it any other way.
Season Start:
While most were firing up engines, our driver was recharging across the States, taking a much-needed break before diving into the madness. A slower start, but trust usāit didnāt stay quiet for long.
Goldenstates 50th Anniversary:
We came in strong, qualifying well and taking a nail-biter win in Round 1 with a razor-sharp 0.001 reaction. Andrew made it all the way to the finals, finishing runner-up after a red light, but the car was hooked up and happy.
A tyre scare post-race nearly derailed our momentum, but a huge thanks to Damien from Colonial Freightlines for coming through when it mattered most.
Summer Slam:
Letās call this one ācharacter building.ā Slow lights, a tough track, and an off-day for both car and driver. But hey, not every event can be a fairytale, right? We dusted ourselves off and prepped for the next one.
Night of Fire:
Andrew was all set to make his debut in the Supercharged Outlawsābut some gremlins under the hood had other plans. With just 20 minutes to go before qualifying, the crew made the tough (and smart) call to sit it out. Couldāve been a blown blower. Sometimes, the win is walking away smart.
Nitro Slam 1:
This time, Andrew traded driving gloves for a crew shirt and joined the DIMOFFāS Digger team with George Separovich behind the wheel. A killer experience being trackside in a whole new way.
Nitro Max:
Back in the hot seatāand straight to the finals! Andrew locked in a massive win in Modified with a clutch 0.001 reaction time in the final. This one hit different after a tough string of events. It gave the whole team the energy boost we needed.
Westernationals ā 54th Edition:
Big fields, big crowds, and big expectations. Andrew went in strong, qualifying 2nd with a clean 7.662 pass. Sadly, a 0.003 red light ended things in Round 1ātoo quick off the tree! Not the result we hoped for, but the car stayed solid and we took home valuable lessons.
Nitro Slam 2:
Redemption round! Andrew brought home another win in Modified, proving that resilience and hard work do pay off. We said weād bounce backāand we did.
Grand Final:
The last event was anything but predictable. A wild first qualifier left us with no usable data, and Q2 wasnāt much kinder. But Andrew still managed a solid 7.655. Round 1 brought a tough matchup and a narrow loss, but a solo in Round 2 gave us time to experiment. Round 3? We broke out with a 7.547 on a 7.55 dial-in. Close, clean, and packed with data for next season.
Massive Thanks
To every supporter, sponsor, teammate, and friendāthank you. Youāre the fuel behind everything we do. Through every pass, every wrench turn, and every late night, your support makes it all worth it.
Weāre parking the FED for a bit and giving her the R&R she deserves. Canāt wait to hit the track again in 2025. Stay tuned. Frost Racing isnāt done yet.
