Triple crown in geraldton done and dusted.

KA3 was a challenging weekend and not exactly where we hoped to be. Just couldn't find the speed needed.
Saturday
Qualified 5th (6 mins)
Heat 1 - finished 5th (8 laps)
Heat 2 - finished 4th (8 laps)
final 1 - finished 6th (12 laps)
Sunday
Qualified 7th
Final 2 finished 7th (18 laps)
Overall finished 6th

KA2 was an interesting test with our second motor

Saturday
Qualified 3rd (6 mins) - we had no idea until we went to the grid for Heat 1
Heat 1 finished 3rd
Heat 2 finished 7th
Final 1 finished 4th (12 laps) on track BUT got a 2 spot drop down penalty
Sunday
Qualified 4th (6mins)
Final 2 finished 4th (18 laps)
Overall finished 3rd

Honestly do not know how he done the 2 classes today (Sunday) as he woke out feeling unwell and was running hot, definitely was not himself. After the KA2 final he actually went straight back to bed, while we packed up.
So he asked his little mate Hunter Scott to get his trophy and say a little speech on the podium, so we should head home.

It's race weekend again. State Series round 5 at Eastern Goldfields Kart Club for golden mile challenge

The weekend timetable is
Saturday 18th - on track action starts at 8am with qualifying followed by heats
Sunday 19th - on track action starts at 8am

Spectators welcome entry is free.

So proud of this kid. Top qualified on Friday night, got 4th in the first heat, won the second heat, rolled over in the third heat, came back to win the fourth heat, the cherry on top won the final.

Thanks to everyone for their support over the weekend and the past 7 years.
Also thanks to our Darwin family for everything and lending us a helmet.

We love coming to Darwin to race ands catching with every one
