Hi everyone and welcome to 2025!

The season is well under way and its time I shared and update with you all.

So some of the team competed in round 1 of the state series at Westside BMX Club and did really well!

Dakota made it into her first ever final and finshed 8th over all for the day! WAY TO GO KOTA!

Braido unfortunately missed out on the finals by the skin of his teeth, but as he always does, he gave it everything he had and finished 11th for the day.

Jezza gave it a red hot crack and finished 21st for the day against some very tough competition - very impressive since he hasnt been able to get much track time in lately!

And lets not forget our little Clay who got out there and showed the 6 sprockets how its done showing of his massive smile as always!

GREAT JOB TEAM!

Now the bad news :(

Its looking like Snakes is out for the season with a serious knee injury which may require surgery. Even though he is confident he will possibly be ready for states, we will have to wait and see.

Hyde, Cupcake and Richie hit the track for the first time this year on Friday, and while they where a little rusty after the long break, they did very well!

Thank you Rockingham BMX Club for having us tonight - we all loved and Cupcake is now no longer scared of the track!

please support this club! Like their page to see what they are up to and come down for gate nights on Wednesday nights 4.30pm - 6pm.

The club has been through a lot over the past year or so, even coming close to being permanently shut down which would a tragedy!

We would really love to see the club thriving again! So please get down there and support them!

As the old saying goes "use it or loose it!"

Clay - Participation Class - U5 Sprokets
Ritchie - 28th - 9 Boys
Brado - 17th - 9 Boys
Jeremy - 28th - 11 Boys
Kota - 11th - 12 Girls
Hyde - 5WA - 17-24 Cruiser Women
Snakes - 6WA - 40-44 Cruiser Men.

On behalf of the whole team I would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported us over the last 3 days! You all know who you are and there's to many to name!

Big thank you to AusCycling BMX for all their efforts putting together this weekend and also a big thank you to Southern Districts BMX Raceway for being our host.

And that's a wrap for the 2024 State Championships!

The team did so well today!

Clay was a little trooper finishing in the top 3 in all 4 of his motos!

Hyde finished 5th in her class and Snakes finished 6th in his class improving on their results last year by 1 place.

I will post photos of the presentations and the final results for the whole team a little later today.

For now it's time to thank all our sponsors and supporters and go have a beer!
