📢 NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING 📢

Kurri Kurri Women’s Football Club advises that a Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held as follows:

📅 Date: Thursday 11th June 2026
⏰ Time: 6:00pm
📍 Location: Weston Workers Club Function Room (Located in the Weston Bears Grand Stand)

The purpose of this meeting is to address current committee vacancies and conduct the election/appointment of office bearer and committee positions required for the ongoing operation and governance of the club.

Positions to be addressed at the meeting may include:
▪ President
▪ Secretary
▪ General Committee Positions
▪ Additional vacant committee roles as required

All current club members are encouraged to attend.

Nominations for vacant positions will be accepted during the meeting in accordance with the club constitution.

Further information, including confirmation of the meeting location, will be advised as soon as possible through the club’s official communication channels.

🚨 GAME POSTPONEMENT NOTICE 🚨

Due to the ongoing wet weather and field closures across the region, all Kurri Kurri Women’s Football Club games scheduled for this weekend have been postponed. 🌧️⚽

While we’re disappointed not to be taking the field, the safety of our players, officials, volunteers, and supporters always comes first.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience as we await further information regarding rescheduled fixtures.
