Our new In-Season Performance block starts this week, built specifically for golfers who want to stay fast, mobile, and powerful while playing more golf over the longer + warmer months.

Too many golfers stop training once the season starts. That’s when speed drops, mobility fades, and your swing starts to feel heavy. Train the wrong way mid-season, and you’ll feel it on the course.

This program keeps you performing at your peak. Strong enough to hold form through 18, light enough to move freely through every swing.

Want to boost your club head speed just by stretching? I got you.

A study found that increasing your hand path length by just 12 cm can boost your clubhead speed by nearly 3mph!

You can improve hand path length through a better range of motion. Here are two stretches that can help.

1️⃣ The Frog Stretch. Get on all fours, spread your knees roughly 1 ½ times your hip width, and gently push your hips back between your heels. Hold for 60 seconds. This will open up your hips, giving you more pelvic rotation in your backswing.

2️⃣ Wall Angels. Stand with your back and head flat against a wall, and feet 30cm off the wall. While keeping your back and head against the wall, slowly raise your arms up without letting your elbows or wrists come off the wall. Do 10-20 reps.

This builds shoulder and upper back flexibility, helping you increase your hand path length during the swing.

Two stretches. Big results. Add the Frog Stretch and Wall Angels to your routine and unlock your swing speed potential!
