Aarity Park is most importantly known for its amazing atmosphere for both Humans and Horses! We have designed and built this small acerage ppty ensuring every attention to detail is met, and safety for humans, horses and dogs is paramount. We have 2 beautiful Warmblood horses living here, APH Faust a recently retired successful Grand Prix Level Dressage horse and the up and coming star Avarnti who
is training Prix St George here at home, both trained by Verity. We own 4 beautiful rescue dogs, Friday Rose a mix of breeds, Mickey Lee a rotti x lab, & Mac Daniels and Blackie who are both Greyhounds. We have a love of greyhounds and volunteer weekly at the Greyhound Rescue! Our facilities include a 3 bay stable complex fully lined with marine ply walls and Priefert rubber flooring, a meticulously clean feed room with metal feed bins and a fully organised tack room with everything that opens and shuts. We have undercover float parking and wash bay combined with hot and cold water and rug drying racks. We also own a beautiful 4 horse truck with living quarters which makes travelling with the horses so easy and safe. We have 4 paddocks each with Marine Ply and Priefert double shelters, taps to all paddocks and electric post and rail fencing. As with the rest of our ppty we have built our own all weather dressage arena with heavy sandstone base, geo fabric and stablised road base, topped with a mix of course and washed river sand. We have 5 mirrors which benefit greatly with training, and a sprinkler system which is all run off automated timers. Our viewing gazebo is the latest addition and according to Blackie my greyhound " Its perfect for watching the horses ride in the arena". We believe and have been told by many of our friends our home is a happy place, we love entertaining, having BBQs, having Champagne & Snacks, and just love when our friends call in to say HI. Our horses celebrate their birthdays in style with personalised cakes and happy birthday parties too! We couldnt be happier with our little boutique ppty! Looking over the ppty and into the mountains with our "West Coast Coolers" in hand we couldnt be happier with our little piece of Australia.
