Nobody tells women thisā¦
One day you wake up and your body feels different.
The weight is harder to lose.
Your joints ache.
Your energy disappears.
The workouts that used to work⦠donāt.
So you assume youāve become lazy.
Or that youāre getting old.
Or that your body has given up.
But what if none of that is true?
What if your body isnāt failing youā¦
Itās simply asking for something different?
Less punishment.
More strength.
More food.
More recovery.
More muscle.
More compassion.
I wish more women knew that strength training isnāt about lifting the heaviest weight in the room.
Itās about building a body that carries you confidently through the next 30 or 40 years of your life.
Your body isnāt the problem.
Itās been trying to tell you what it needs all along.
