Before we know it, parkrun day will be here again. For a successful Nambour parkrun, we would like the following additional volunteers for 12 September.

* Photographer.

This week 88 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 23 were first timers and 9 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 8 different clubs took part.

We celebrated Peter's 200th volunteer, Thank you for all your help.

It's parkrun eve! Yes that's right one more sleep until parkrun day! Spring has sprung and it looks like it's going to be a warm one, so don't forget your water bottle.

We have all the important volunteer roles filled but if you would like to be our photographer and capture all the excitement let us know.

We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Nambour parkrun in the morning see you there at 6.45am for the briefing for a 7am start. If you feel like you need some extra trail time you can always join the setup crew at 5.30am.
