Happy New Year! Oh, it’s already February...
The holiday period is a fantastic opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with loved ones. It's a time to be less strict with training and nutrition, and simply be a person again. Spend time with the family, overindulge on some meals, go away on holidays, relax for once... you know, if you’re into that sort of thing.
For many of us, the New Year brings resolutions – those goals and ambitions we've been thinking about. Now's the time to pursue them.
January's fresh start is behind us, and now the real work begins: turning those resolutions into lasting lifestyle changes. It's easy to get excited about something new when you have ample free time, enjoying that holiday buzz.
And now we’re in February. Back to reality, and the suddenly the gravity is real. The challenge of fitting new habits into our busy lives sounds simple, but it's often harder than it looks.
