We believe everybody is different; there is no “one size fits all” in fitness and we want to help, inspire and motivate those to find the style of exercise they enjoy and that feels right, their “fitness fix”. We aim to provide a fun, supportive, judge free environm

ent where people can train at any skill level, feel comfortable and enjoy what fitness has to offer. Every workout is designed with our clients in mind and can be tailored to any needs as we believe in order to inspire you we need to “practise what we preach”. Owner and Creator, Lauren, started her fitness journey with the focus to gain a healthier lifestyle after battling with health issues and lower back pain throughout her teen years. This journey led her to trial out mat work and reformer Pilates where the results she gained made her passionate to further her studies in Pilates after completing her certificate in fitness. Dedicated to her clients and her work driven by her passion for anything health and fitness related, Lauren is here to help and motivate as many people as she can. Certifcation Includes:

My time in this industry — coupled with motherhood — has taught me so much.
It’s allowed me to evolve, shift perspective, and adapt to the different seasons that come with life (and motherhood).

Hard lessons, but ones that have shaped my mindset in the best way.

So, as a Pilates instructor, PT & mum — here’s what I’ve learned you don’t need to move…

You don’t need the perfect gym, outfit, or hours of free time.

You don’t need your routine to look like someone else’s on social media.

And you definitely don’t need to put pressure on yourself to look, feel, or be a certain way — especially after having a baby.

You just need a moment to show up for you, however that looks.
Because movement isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency, flexibility, and enjoyment (not punishment).
It’s about finding ways to make it work for you.

This is the kind of energy I want every woman to feel when it comes to movement — simple, fun, flexible, and real!
And it’s the inspiration behind the next chapter for Move (coming oh so soon!) 💛
