⚽ CLUB CHANGER SAFEGUARDING WEBINAR ⚽

Football Australia, in partnership with Sport Integrity Australia, is hosting a safeguarding webinar to support clubs in creating safe, welcoming and inclusive environments for all participants.

Attendance is a requirement for clubs working towards 2 Star Club Changer accreditation, and clubs considering progressing to the next level are strongly encouraged to register.

The webinar will cover key safeguarding initiatives, child safe compliance requirements and best practice approaches to promoting safety and wellbeing within your club.

Foundations of Football
The Foundation of Football is aimed at volunteer parents and coaches working with beginner players to competent level players of varying age groups. This course is part of the C Diploma and a prerequisite for coaches wishing to register to the Football Australia C Diploma.
You will participate in practical sessions covering the basics of techniques as well as learning about basic playing principles of the game. The course is mostly practical and not graded, allowing the student to participate in the training sessions if they so choose. The course also promotes participating in group discussions with the goal of exchanging experiences.
