Korumburra Badminton Association was registered in 1985 but was operating for several years prior. We run summer and winter competitions annually which cater for players with that competitive drive as well as for players who just want to keep fit and partake in the fellowship that our sport offers on a weekly basis. Our home base is the sports stadium at Korumburra Secondary College. The facility

has four courts which are shared equally on match nights between the two matches in progress. Each season begins with practise sessions prior to the start of the competition proper. Our summer competition starts in April while our winter competition starts in July. Each season goes for approximately 10 weeks. We also have an end-of-season presentation night.

Social Pickle Ball is starting tomorrow night 7.30 in the Korumburra Secondary College Gym.
$5 per session to cover gym hire.
Paddles and balls provided.

Dear Korumburra Badmintion players past, present and fill-ins, you're invited to join us for our end-of-season dinner night at 'The Middle Hotel' Korumburra on Wednesday 6 September 2023. Meals can be ordered from 6:30pm onward, followed by our winter season competition presentations. All welcome, families or partners included.

Great news everyone :)

Our practice nights are on for the next 3 Wednesday nights 7:30pm at the Korumburra Secondary College (old gym) - first gate entry coming from Korumburra township at the top of the hill the gyms located, start date 22/03/2023

- the practice nights are free to attend
- badmintion racquets for practice nights are available to borrow
- new players experienced players all abilities all welcome to attend of any age group
- main season kicking off after school holidays mid/ late April - i will update with more information as soon as we have it
- if you can't attend any of the 3 Wednesday nights prior to Easter weekend but would like to play or just fill in please get in touch :)

Looking forward to seeing everyone along for a hit up over the practice nights

Apologies for the late update/post.
Congratulations to everyone on another fantastic season, the 1st season we have been able to complete since 2019 due to Covid-19 circumstances.

A huge thank you to Korumburra Tourist Park for the donation of our wonderful trophies and awards. ❤️

Bring on the next season in 2023.
