Help Us Keep the Pool Open This Summer!!!

The Koondrook Swimming Pool is run entirely by local volunteers, and after another wonderful season with over 5,000 visitors, we're looking for a few more community members to join our leadership team and general committee, to help keep the pool open for everyone.

No experience needed, just a friendly face and a little bit of time.

Join us at the Annual General Meeting on 1st July, 6:30pm at Willow Park Reserve

📣 Community Meeting – We Need You!

Our pool won’t open next season without a full committee in place — so this one matters.

All executive positions need to be filled, along with general committee roles. Whether you’ve got experience or just want to help out, your support is hugely important.

This is a great chance to have a say, get involved, and help keep our pool running for the whole community 🏊‍♂️

Tonight we have Koondrook Fire Brigade training a pre-incident plan at the Koondrook Swimming Pool. It’s about getting to know the layout, spotting risks including any hazardous materials like chlorine or chemical storage and working out the best access and response points.

That way, if something happens, we’re not figuring it out on the fly we already know the site and can assess and act straight away.

Any unclaimed items after this date will be donated to Vinnies.

☀️ Last Chance for a Swim! 💦

TODAY is the final day the pool will be open for the season, so come down and make the most of it!

🏊 Open from 3:30pm – 7:00pm
🍦 All kiosk items half price

Bring the kids, have one last splash, float around, or just soak up the last afternoon by the pool before we close up for the season.

🏊‍♂️ Pre-Season Challenge – Final Club Leaderboard!

The final numbers are in from our Pre-Season Challenge and what a great effort from everyone who got involved and clocked up the kilometres in the pool.

🥇 Cohuna – 242km
🥈 Wandella – 188km
🥉 Raiders – 180km
4️⃣ Kerang – 120km
5️⃣ Leitchville – 52km
6️⃣ Murrabit – 49km
7️⃣ Macorna – 48km

There were no prizes up for grabs just bragging rights, and a bit of friendly competition between clubs!

Thanks to everyone who participated and helped make it a great challenge. Awesome to see so many people getting in and getting active before the season
