We may have missed out on winning Football Queenslands 2026 Community Club of the Year but we think being named in the top 3 in the state is a pretty special achievement for our little club based in the rainforest in FNQ. Thank you to all those that nominated us, recognising the hard work of our volunteers and coaches.

The football season may be over for the year but the excitement continues! Our win in Football Queensland’s Far North and Gulf Community Club of the Year category has meant we are now in the running for the overall Football Queensland Community Club of the Year! We can’t wait to see how our great little community club goes - The winner will be announced on the 11th October at the Football Queensland Gala… Go Rangers! 😊⚽️🎉

Yet another great season of football for Kuranda Rangers Football Club!! We held our end of season celebration last weekend to recognise our amazing players and coaches but our fantastic season didn’t stop there…. Last night we were awarded the 2026 Football Queensland FNQ Community Club or the Year!🏆

We are a small community based club so to be recognised as the best in FNQ means the world to us. We could not have done it without our fantastic coaches, volunteers, parents, players and sponsors.

Thank you to everyone who came down to our World Cup Watch fundraiser today. The 2-0 win to the Socceroos added to the great atmosphere! A special thank you to AUS Internet, phosphorus.visuals and all the volunteers who made it all possible. We couldn’t have done it without you ⚽️😊❤️

Don’t forget to join us this afternoon for great food, drinks, music, football and of course great company!
All money raised helps our club to provide opportunities for our kids to stay active, be part of a team and have fun all within our local community.
So come down to Koah Hall this afternoon. The event starts at 12noon with the Socceroos game on the big screen at 2pm.
