‼️Motivation Mondays‼️
To truly reach your potential, the body has to break barriers, push through mental walls 🧱 and overcome challenges. 🤩
If you set a goal for yourself, but stay within the “comfort zone” and never push past your limit, your potential will be limited big time 😱!!
So from now on, every session, try this:
Push for a few extra reps than last time✅
Increase the weight but by bit each session✅
Go a little harder, faster or longer ✅
The last 3 or 4 reps are what makes the muscle grow 📈. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not. 💪
Ready yourself 🏋️, reach for the stars 🌟 and take it to the next level TODAY 🔥🔥🔥

‼️Push-Ups‼️The push up is an excellent upper body exercise to have in your programs to train chest, triceps and core 💪 … can be done at home 🏠 with minimal equipment requirement 🤩
Set Up Cues:
Position Hands in line with your chest✅
Hands shoulder width apart✅
Flat on the ground ✅
Keep feet close together✅
Ex*****on Cues:
Lower down to ground CHEST FIRST✅
Elbows tucked in ✅
Squeeze shoulder blades together ✅
Push off the ground HARD ✅
No-Nos:
Arching your back ❌
Raising / Lowering the hips ❌
Overarching when pushing up ❌
Head touching ground first ❌
Regressions for Beginners:
Start on a wall, and work yourself lower each week till you reach the ground👍
Knee Push-Ups
Progressions: Elevate your feet 👣 on a box📦 to perform “Decline push ups”

Before AND after you start an exercise, clean 🧽 and wipe down 🧻 all pieces of equipment you use or touch 🖐️ Doing so can help prevent the spread of illnesses 🤧 or diseases 🦠 , especially in the gym where people sweat 😰 Do this yourself, and encourage others as well 👍 ✅ Let’s get strong 💪 and keep safe this year in the gym !!!
