🏀 Calling All Future Court Legends (and the Grown-Ups Who Can Help Them Get There!) 🏀

Somewhere in Ferntree Gully right now, a group of Under 12 boys are lacing up their sneakers, bouncing basketballs just a little too loudly, and dreaming of buzzer-beaters, big passes, and maybe even a signature celebration or two… 😄

What they need now is a guide. A mentor. A whistle-wielding wizard of the hardwood.

We’re on the lookout for a coach to help lead this enthusiastic crew through the Winter season.

Now before you picture yourself needing a clipboard full of plays and a voice like an NBA announcer — take a breath. This role is as flexible and supportive as a perfectly executed pick-and-roll:

- ✅ Shared training duties through our squad training model (you won’t be flying solo every week)
- ✅ Great support network of fellow Under 12 coaches
- ✅ Perfect for first-time coaches looking to dip their toes into the coaching world

All you really need is a willingness to help kids learn, grow, and love the game.

You’ll be helping shape not just better players, but more confident teammates, better decision-makers, and kids who understand that sometimes the best assist doesn’t show up on the scoreboard.

So if you’ve ever thought:

👉 “I love the game”
👉 “I want to make a difference”

This might just be your moment.
