Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of martial arts, music and acrobats. It is great for exercise, strength, flexibility and coordination, and, is beneficial for anyone and everyone that would like to learn it. This year marks 10 years of ABADÁ-Capoeira in the Penrith area! To celebrate, we will be having a Roda de Rua (street capoeira circle) in Penrith!

Location: Westfield Penrith (in front of San Churro on Riley St)

Date/Time: Sunday 27th October 2024 | 11am-1pm
