For many of these young horses, the 4-Year-Old division of the IRT Young Event Horse Challenge marks their first experience of the unique atmosphere and occasion that is Melbourne International 3 Day Event.

Well if you have ever heard me bang on about how good water work is for your horses, this is what I mean. Water depth above the knee and below the elbow, you can see how hard the boys are working (and how wet the riders are getting 🤣)!! It’s a full body work out. We did 10mins of walk and trot at this depth and then walked out through the pine forest
