The Kingston Hawthorn is thrilled to announce Max Bradley as our second player signing for season 2026/27!

Bradley has played tons of cricket already in his young career, in multiple different competitions and districts.

In the last few seasons, Maxy has recently played his cricket representing Fitzroy-Doncaster, where he featured in the clubs' Second XI flags in back-to-back seasons.

In Season 2025/26, Bradley amassed 505 Runs @ 50.5, notching up three 50s and a huge 125* against Geelong!

🚨PLAYER SIGNING 🚨

Kingston Hawthorn Cricket Club is delighted to announce the signing of James Crosthwaite to the Hawks Nest!

James possesses strong skills both with the bat and gloves, having played high-level cricket both domestically and internationally.

Across the globe, Crosthwaite has played in many white-ball competitions, such as the Seattle Thunderbolts. He also represented Scotland!

Back home, James has spent many years playing Premier Cricket. James has played in Sydney representing Manly, and played here in VIC for multiple teams including Footscray.

Last season, Crossy played for Caulfield in Sub-District Cricket, where he amassed 609 runs @ 40.6, and will now return to Premier Cricket in Victoria to represent the Hawks in 2026/27!

Please give James a big welcome to the Hawks!

Kingston Hawthorn is delighted to announce the Marg Jennings Tier 2 competition is back in December.

This is part of the Victorian Premier Cricket U15 Girls Pathway with a squad in the Tier 2 division!

Games will be held in mid-December 2026. Girls must be 12, 13 or 14 as at 1st September 2026.

It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of great mate Rama Davies.

Rama was a great club person, a true gentleman, and a friend to all.

We pass on our deepest sympathy and condolences to Rama's family. He will be sadly missed by all.

The club is saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Rod "Rocket" Howe.

Rod was a Life Member from foundation club St Bede's Old Collegians Cricket club and a premiership player, 1st XI captain and committee person.

Rod was a fierce competitor on the field, but always had time for a chat and a beer after the contest.

In later years, he captained lower grades and helped out the kids with his knowledge and expertise.

Rocket will be sadly missed, and we send our deepest sympathy to his family.
