Who is up for 6 weeks of movement and motivation?!?

I am offering at home simple and quick workouts, wellness challenges, motivation and basic progress tracking for 6 weeks in the lead up to Christmas.
MOVE!!!
The movement will be short workouts that you can do at home or take to your gym. It will be simple and aimed at getting your body moving at least 5 days per week.
CHALLENGES!!!
Along the way I will throw extra wellness challenges at you to keep things interesting.
MOTIVATION & ACCOUNTABILITY!!!
FB support group to keep you motivated, to share workouts, recipes and progress.
Lots of check ins to keep you accountable!
PROGRESS TRACKING!!!
Pre and post measures to see your progress from start to finish.
SHARE!!!
Get your friends involved, share it with your family, or even get your kids moving with you!
START!!! WHY WOULDN’T YOU?!?
