During weeks 5 & 6, some of our Learn to Gym classes will include activities that facilitate learning to fall forwards into a prone position and fall backwards with a rock, giving participanta the ability to fall safely.

Kingborough Gymsports is offering free Babygym sessions to the community once per month, providing a welcoming space for families to support their child’s early development. Designed for babies from birth to walking, Babygym focuses on building the foundations of movement, coordination, and confidence during these important early years.
Through guided activities, music, and play, babies are encouraged to explore tummy time, discover their hands and feet, and develop strength and body awareness. The program also supports early brain development, helping little ones learn about rhythm, movement, and how their body works in space.
Each session is one-on-one with a parent or caregiver, making it a special opportunity to bond, connect, and enjoy your baby’s milestones together in a fun and supportive environment.
