Kingston Pony Club AGM

To be held on Sunday July 12th 2026.

The rally will break for a 12pm lunch.
The AGM will be held at 12.30pm.
All positions will be declared vacant.

Megan Keller from Robe Bendigo Bank will act as the Returning Officer & she will also have a chat about the Community Banking model, to explain where the funding that was provided to the pony club, for our upgraded toilet facilities, comes from & how the branch works to support the community.

A quick General Meeting will follow the AGM.

All members & those interested are welcome to attend.

With memberships coming up for renewal school ages kids can use sports vouchers to help with the membership fees below is some info.

There will be a reminder regarding when Fees are to be paid & Sports Vouchers in due course, this is just in response to our query at yesterday's meeting.

Riding membership under $200 - eligible kids can still use both $100 vouchers if parents choose to - it would totally cover the fees - forgoes the small amount remaining.

Up to parents if they choose to use 1 or 2 or neither of their vouchers on KnPC fees, KnPC fees still need to be paid in full first.

Pony Club is about understanding horses properly, not just sitting on them.

Speak up, even if your voice shakes.
Yesturday we had our Do It For Dolly rally, we remind all of our members that kindness is the best choice, and support is always available should they need.
The kids had so much fun dressing up and dressing their ponies up as well. Thankyou to all our volunteers that help to make these days count.

The Kingston Pony Club's new yards were all in use over a great weekend full of activity.

The old yards are decades old, half of them have now been replaced with stronger, sturdier, larger yards.

This was only made possible due to the Kingston District Council's Community Assistance Program & a lot of effort from the enthusiastic & energetic club membership.

We thank all those involved in any way including Lydia Johnson, Meg Ross, Keith Higgins, Shannon Higgins, Cassie Ryan & Trent Bettess, Kingston Castec & Vanstone Fencing.

We now need ten more!

Kingston Pony Club welcomes new members of all ages & is a registered provider of ORSR Sports Vouchers, for eligible children.

At this month’s rally, our riders and families will be dressing in blue to support the DO IT FOR DOLLY Foundation.

2026 SE Zone Championship! What a great weekend the kids all had, considering the weather wasnt the best, the ponies were well behaved and looked after there riders. Congratulations to the Beachport pony club for running a great event. Beth and soph came home with some ribbons and did amazing well done girls you've done our little club proud.
