It’s winter and hard to draw yourself out of the house, but I will have the heater on and hopefully class will leave you feeling warm and nurished!
Simple, community classes based on vinyasa flow with a bit of yoga philosophy.

Bruny community for continuing to show up and try yoga with me. Classes will run every Thursday up to 9th April. Then a few weeks break for school holidays.
