Bruny community for continuing to show up and try yoga with me. Classes will run every Thursday up to 9th April. Then a few weeks break for school holidays.

Sadly I have decided that I will need to take a little break from teaching my Tuesday night classes in Kingston. I have really enjoyed it and send out a big thank you to those that have come along. I will be back after I have adjusted to life with two little humans on board later in the year.
I have had a few warning signs from my body so now it is time to rest for a little while.

I've just come into town to go to my day job at the hospital. My heart has been lifted seeing all the young folks making their way down to the lawns to show the old folks that they are taking what is happening to their future planet seriously, even if some of our leaders aren't. My son is too young to understand all of this now, but on behalf of him and Myself, thank you!

~Tuesday kingston vinyasa yoga is coming back~
Thank you for your patience my dear yogis. I have taken some extended time away from our Tuesday class for personal and physical reasons. If you are still interested in attending a 75 minute vinyasa flow class, suitable for beginners of all ages. We will be back next Tuesday evening 26th Feb in Kingston.
