Meet Sharlene, she's been training with me for a few months now. The below photo is a comparison between June and today.
Sharlene does only 2 sessions a week and listens to me ramble on about nutrition and making healthier choices. She's now lost 6kg and is starting to make some gains!!
So very proud of her achievements. No dieting, no crazy training and still living a full life.
