Zac came to Alpha Pac just over a year ago. Weighing in at 85ks.
And wanted to change his appearance by putting on quality muscle.and to build his strength.
Zac is now sitting on 100kgs and still growing. He has clawed his way to be a Alpha.by breaking most records in the gym.and one of the best students I have ever trained.

Weighing 59kgs Dylan wanted to put muscle on as well as weight.Dylan is now sitting on 80kgs and still growing. With a consistent eating plan And hard training 3 times a week.Dylan now lives by the saying get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
